Defective Items

Manufacturer defects are those that are best described as a construction mistakes which render the product unusable. Examples of these defects are (but not limited to): unsecure snaps or those that have fallen off, unraveled surging or stitching, lamination peeling off of a waterproof cover. Items that do not meet your performance expectations or those that you just don't care for are not considered defective.

Most manufacturers request that defective items be handled directly though them. Please refer to the list below for contact information.
