Dream Diapers offers secure online ordering via PayPal and you may either use a funded PayPal account or major credit cards as methods of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.
Order Processing Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing for shipment the next business day- usually on Monday unless it is a holiday. If an item in your order should be back ordered, you will be notified via email. We will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment as well as substitution options for quicker delivery. Dream Diapers is solely owned and operated by a WAHM (Work At Home Mom). There may be times when the office is closed due to illness or other family priorities. During these times, we will post an announcement on our website and/or contact you via email to advise you of any potential delays. We appreciate your understanding. We provide delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number for every order. You will find this in an email sent directly from us or via PayPal. Billing Questions Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your charges. Receipt Copies Please contact us if you require a copy of your receipt. We will send you one via email. Return Credits Please allow 10-4 days for us to process your return. If it has been longer than 14 days, please contact us for information and assistance. Shipping Charges USPS First Class Mail usually delivers in 2-5 business days. USPS Parcel Post usually delivers in 5-10 business days. USPS Priority usually delivers in 2-3 business days. Express Mail offers a guaranteed 1-2 day delivery. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times. Delivery Confirmation or Tracking is included with every order. Packages shipped via USPS will include a Delivery Confirmation. USPS Delivery Confirmation allows you to see when your order was shipped and also provides notification that your package was delivered. Sometimes you can track in between but not always. Take your Delivery Confirmation number to www.usps.com to obtain information about your shipment. Shipping Schedule Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Custom-made items will be made to your specifications and mailed to you as soon as your item is made. Depending on the item, this may take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Insurance Dream Diapers self-insures packages against loss or damage. If package should become lost* or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you. *A lost pacakge is defined as a package that has not arrived to your shipping address after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS. PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We CAN NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left package in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note on your package. Payment Options All orders are processed via PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Click HERE to sign up for your free PayPal account. Sales Tax Return Policy Prior to shipment, we carefully inspect all merchandise for defects and other compromises in quality. If you should receive a defective product, please email us with your order number and a detailed description of the problem within 10 days of receipt. Your item will be replaced or you will be issued a refund including any shipping charges that you may have incurred for your defective item(s). Depending on the defect or the product, we may refer you directly to the manufacturer. We are happy to accept any returns of non-defective, new, unused/unwashed products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be in new/unused/unworn condition and cannot be contaminated with any pet hair or the smell of cigarette smoke. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. Returns over $45 are accepted less our shipping costs, if applicable, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Package Deals must be returned complete. If package is not complete then full retail charges as if purchased individually will apply.
Please contact us to receive return authorization before returning or exchanging items. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, all original packaging, if applicable, and the return authorization form that will be issued to you. For security reasons, packages that do not include this number on the front of the package will be refused and returned to you. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Sales of Clearance or Overstock items are final. Returned Check Policy Returned checks are subject to $20 service charge. If the check is not satisfied within 30 days after notification, it will be subject to 3 times the amount of the check, no less than $100 or more than $1500.00 plus the amount of the check.
